We have a 20-day return/refund policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request and we will process all returns and refunds in at least 15 business days when we receive your request.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the merchandise has any damage or defects upon inspection by our Customer Support team, we will be responsible for issuing and reshipping the correct one. In most cases, we do not need to return items to us.
GruntBasic reserves the right to refuse return claims when you choose the incorrect size/items or colors and would like another shipment of your preferred items. So please double-check the product information, especially the size chart before purchase.
In case of unfortunate problems from GruntBasic, and you do not wish for a replacement, you are welcome to return it for a refund. To initiate a refund, you should first contact us at [email protected]. The magnitude of the problem and your preferences will be counted for the final solution. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the items show signs of wear or use, GruntBasic holds the right to deny your refund request.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that it can take up to 30 workdays for your return to be received and handled at our warehouse. From this point, it may take up to 7 additional days until the money arrives in your account due to the proper procedure by your bank issuer.
For all other problems arising from customers, GruntBasic reserves the right to limit services to customers that show excessive refund activity. So please double-check the product information, especially the size chart, before making a purchase.

Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred. The return shipping is covered by the customer.

Due to the nature of made-to-order items, and the fact they have been specially created for you, we can not accept refunds unless the items are damaged or faulty when delivered.
As soon as our system records your order, GruntBasic starts working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes after you’ve placed your order, you do have a short window of time to cancel items from your order before they are put into the process. Please note that if you would like to cancel your order, you must notify us of your wish to cancel it within 24 hours. After that time frame, we are unable to process the cancellation request.
Once your items are successfully canceled, you will receive an email that includes the cancellation details. The email will be sent to the address filled on the order. You will not be charged for any canceled merchandise and will get a full refund of your order afterward. However, allow up to 10 days for your refund to show in your account due to your bank's processing time.
