Shipping Time & Charges

 

Processing time typically takes between 5-7 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-2 business days. 

 

We offer two shipping options to fit your needs. The table below will give you an idea of what to expect as the shipping cost will depend mostly on the number of items in your order.

Note:

• The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of placing your order. It may take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, or other causes.
• We process orders Monday-Friday, and weekends and holidays are excluded, so kindly account for non-business days.
• All delivery times are estimates and GruntBasic is not responsible for delays due to unpredictable factors (weather, delivery carrier factors, customer information errors, holiday-related delays) or any other unforeseen factors.

Order Status

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check your order status. You can access the link here.

If you fail to see delivery info when you click on your order-tracking link, don't worry! Occasionally, there may be a 48-hour delay in viewing tracking progress from the point of our transmission to the shipper's first scan at one of their destination points.

Order Address Error

Please contact our Customer Expert Team at [email protected] immediately to change your address before shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.
